The annual report is due on or before November 15 each year and carries a $50 fee. Miss the deadline and an additional $50 late fee stacks on top. At six months past due, the LLC is involuntarily terminated by operation of law under N.D. Cent. Code § 10-32.1-90, and bringing a terminated company back means a $135 reinstatement fee plus the overdue filings.
